Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor, located in 10th of Ramadan. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the fleet. Responsibilities include supervising fleet activities, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational efficiency. The role also involves communicating with drivers and addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills and experience in managing teams
  • Knowledge of Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Maintenance scheduling and management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
