to lead and optimize our global supply operations. With exports reaching multiple countries and a robust import network for raw materials, we're looking for a strategic leader to elevate our supply chain performance.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Optimize supplier relationships and sourcing strategies for imported materials
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to local and international clients
  • Implement digital tools and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and finance departments
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field
  • MBA is a must
  • Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, SCOR-P)
  • 17+ years of experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record in global sourcing, logistics, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with free zone laws, customs regulations, and international trade practices
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
