Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing account strategies, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling client communications, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that arise. The Senior Account Manager will also be expected to identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to overall business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills
- Experience in developing and executing account strategies
- Project management and coordination skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
- Relevant experience in the media or content creation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
