TOT Platform is seeking a
Senior Account Manager
to join our dynamic and fast-growing team

If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and leading cross-functional collaboration — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Media Buying, etc.).
  • Understand clients' goals, challenges, and brand identity to deliver effective strategic solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Oversee project execution from briefing to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Commercial Director in achieving departmental and company targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in account management (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage several accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
