Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative for a US Account. The position is on-site and located in New Cairo. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues effectively, and managing customer accounts efficiently. The role involves regular communication with clients to maintain strong relationships and support their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and providing effective support solutions
  • Experience in Account Management and handling customer accounts efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
