Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone calls.
  • Accurately recording orders in the system or on the designated spreadsheet.
  • Coordinating with the preparation and delivery teams to ensure the order is completed and delivered to the customer, and confirming their satisfaction.
  • Handling all customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy, and resolving any complaints or issues in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with other departments (Kitchen – Delivery – Management) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using computers and various communication platforms.

Work Schedule:

  • 3 days per week: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 3 days per week: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates residing in or near
    New Cairo (Tagamoa)
    are preferred for easier commute.
