Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Manager Architecture. The role is primarily located in El Sadat City, but some work from home is acceptable. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, coordinating BIM efforts across projects, managing virtual design workflows, and collaborating with architectural and MEP teams to ensure project requirements are met. The BIM Manager Architecture will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM models and facilitating communication between various project teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Experience in Virtual Design and Architecture
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in a BIM management role is a plus
