Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an Architecture BIM Engineer. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with teams working on architectural, civil engineering, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. The role involves coordinating design and construction documentation, ensuring model accuracy, and communicating with project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems and processes
  • Strong skills in creating and managing construction drawings
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Civil Engineering practices
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and coordination
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience with BIM software such as Revit or similar tools
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
