Role Description

Smart Vision Group is seeking a Senior BIM Design Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. Key responsibilities include managing and developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, and overseeing BIM coordination. The role also encompasses ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve design objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Experience in BIM processes and tools is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional certification or licensure in Architecture is a plus
