Role Description

We are seeking a
BIM Electrical Section Head
for a full-time, on-site role based in Ad-Dokki. The role involves managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (
BIM
) processes for electrical systems, ensuring quality control and adherence to project deadlines. The responsibilities include reviewing and approving electrical models, collaborating closely with architects and engineers, and leading a team of BIM professionals. Additionally, the Section Head will oversee technical compliance, conduct regular updates on project progress, and implement best practices in BIM standards within the electrical discipline.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical design, load calculations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in project management, team leadership, and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in construction or electromechanical industries is a significant advantage
