The role focuses on supporting Oracle Fusion Financial modules,
ensuring system stability, accurate financial processing, and alignment with business and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Costing, and Budgeting.


• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.


• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.


• Configure financial setups, workflows, controls, and approval hierarchies.


• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and vendors on integrations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and segregation of duties (SoD).


• Develop functional specifications, implementation documentation, and user guides.


• Deliver end-user training and support change management and user adoption.


• Recommend best practices and continuous process improvements aligned with Oracle standards.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.


• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation


• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting standards.


• Proven experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion Financial modules.


• Experience with integrations, data migration, and UAT cycles.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
