About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Accounting and Controlling Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting activities, taxation, auditing coordination, bank relations, and financial reporting and analysis to support management in making informed strategic decisions and improving overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting


• Handle all tax-related matters in compliance with local laws and regulations.


• Manage daily banking operations and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.


• Prepare, organize, and maintain official financial documentation.


• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare all necessary supporting documents for audits.

Controlling


• Monitor and control all company costs with detailed tracking and analysis.


• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.


• Develop and implement effective cost control systems to enhance spending efficiency.


• Use advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Reporting Requirements


• Annual Budget: Prepare a 12-month financial plan including revenues, costs, and expected performance.


• Monthly Forecast and Analysis:


• Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actual) to identify risks and opportunities.


• Compare current actual results to the previous month's results to monitor changes in revenues and expenses.


• Update forecasts (e.g., 1 actual month + 11 planned months) to adjust annual expectations.


• Quarterly and Semi-Annual Reports: Prepare and present as part of ongoing forecast reviews.


• Monthly Product Summaries: Prepare detailed financial summaries per product category (e.g., courses, camps, and workshops).

Qualifications and Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial controlling, or budgeting.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.


• Good knowledge of taxation, auditing procedures, and accounting systems.


• High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
