We are seeking a talented and highly organized
Social Media Specialist
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and creating content, managing online communities, and executing media planning and buying across various social platforms. This role requires strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning

●      Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and marketing goals.

●      Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content ideas for all social media platforms.

●      Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely content production.

●      Monitor content performance and adjust plans based on analytics.

2. Community Management

●      Manage all social media interactions across platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

●      Build and nurture a positive community that reflects brand values and strengthens customer relationships.

●      Monitor brand sentiment and escalate critical issues when necessary.

●      Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to increase brand visibility.

3. Media Planning & Buying

●      Create and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

●      Set campaign objectives, budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies.

●      Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

●      Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●      Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

●      Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

●      Experience with Ads Manager (Meta), Google Ads for YouTube, and other paid media platforms.

●      Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).

●      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

●      Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
