G Developments is seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager.

The role focuses on strategic financial planning, accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and local standards, and effective financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
  • Manage the financial planning process and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, financial policies, and compliance frameworks are implemented and maintained.
  • Supervise tax compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding) and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation and reports.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support senior management with financial reports, KPIs, and business performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, EAS, financial analysis, budgeting, and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday
