Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Zayed 6 October. The Finance Manager will oversee financial strategies, prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include financial planning, monitoring performance, managing financial risks, and liaising with other departments to effectively align financial activities with organizational goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills and strong leadership to guide the financial team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Strong grasp of Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards
  • Experience in Risk Mitigation and Financial Compliance
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Proficient in Financial Reporting Software and Excel
  • An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (e.g., Master's or CPA/CFA qualification is a plus)
  • Previous experience working within the real estate, infrastructure, or a related industry is advantageous
  • Excellent ability to communicate financial insights and strategies to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English is required, working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
