Role Description

This is a full-time Finance Manager position based on-site in El Sheikh Zaid. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to drive business performance and ensure financial health. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and leading financial forecasting initiatives. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and maintain financial efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Experience with financial software tools and management systems
  • Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and collaboration abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is preferred
  • Prior experience in construction or contracting industries is advantageous
