Presales Manager

Job-specific responsibilities:
- ·Elicit and analyze detailed customer requirements for the anticipated solution using Requirement Elicitation Techniques (interviews, requirements analysis workshops and sessions, and use cases scenarios )
- Scope proposed solution for new opportunities including Solution functional requirements, Business processes mapping (As is/To be), Goals, Assumptions, Responsibilities, and Risks leveraging
e-finance portfolio of services
. - Develop and Own the Technical Proposals and all required presales deliverables including (Solution Presentations – Solution scoping documentation – Solution Analysis ) to articulate and outline the proposed solutions addressing customer business needs.
- Collaborate and work closely with all Company's Technology & Operation teams (like Business Solutions – Operation & e-payment - IT - POS - Supporting functions) to create a compelling solution / proposal following the Company's Sales/Pre-Sales process.
- Conduct internal meetings to brief all internal stakeholders on customer requirements and solution scope consequently assigning and tracking the requested work items from each stakeholder.
- Conduct all necessary oral presentations and meetings to review technical proposal and explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other involved parties.
- Work closely with sales account managers and bid manager to ensure successful closure of the sales deal with expected outcomes.
Required Specialization:
- A university degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
- Proven experience in business analysis (10+ years' experience in similar role)
- Proven experience in Financial technology (e-Payments Solutions, and Transaction Processing)
- Strong Presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio
- IIBA certification/standard knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent Arabic and English languages
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- High level of Integrity & trust.
