IT Helpdesk Specialist
Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive
IT Helpdesk Specialist
with mid-level experience to support daily technical operations, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure smooth IT performance across the company. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to provide timely support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, printers, internet connectivity, and business applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and user accounts.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure IT devices are functioning efficiently.
  • Handle email setups, access permissions, and security updates.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT tracking system.
  • Support onboarding for new employees (device setup, accounts, access).
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, backup procedures, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network fundamentals.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, printers).
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
  • Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
