Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Supervisor in Compensation & Benefits. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing employee benefits, administering compensation programs, analyzing and developing compensation structures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing benefits administration, handling compensation-related inquiries, performing data analysis, and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Benefits Administration and managing Employee Benefits
  • Expertise in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
