We are looking for a
CRM Assistant Manager
to join our team and support the CRM department in enhancing customer experience, managing communication flows, and improving customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to manage customer data efficiently and generate insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Track and monitor sales leads assigned to the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate regular reports related to customer complaints, leads performance, and CRM activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to enhance customer journey and communication workflow.
- Suggest improvements to the CRM process and customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a CRM, customer service, or sales coordination role.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred:
Experience working with
Odoo CRM System
or any CRM platform. - Good command of English (written & spoken).
