We are looking for a
CRM Assistant Manager
to join our team and support the CRM department in enhancing customer experience, managing communication flows, and improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to manage customer data efficiently and generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor sales leads assigned to the Sales Team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports related to customer complaints, leads performance, and CRM activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to enhance customer journey and communication workflow.
  • Suggest improvements to the CRM process and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CRM, customer service, or sales coordination role.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools).
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred:
    Experience working with
    Odoo CRM System
    or any CRM platform.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
