Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer relationship management programs, analyzing customer data, identifying sales opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Daily tasks will include project management, market segmentation, coordinating with sales teams, and communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
