Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist
Department: Marketing / Sales
Location: Obour Buildings, Salah Salem, Cairo
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Commercial Director
Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee CRM strategies and operations, ensuring the effective management of customer relationships, data-driven marketing, and customer retention. The Senior CRM Specialist will take a strategic role in enhancing customer experience, optimizing CRM systems, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Supervise and guide CRM team members in managing day-to-day CRM activities.
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring high data quality and effective utilization.
Design and execute targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
Analyze customer data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Track and report CRM performance metrics and KPIs to management.
Lead CRM integration projects and ensure system optimization.
Stay updated on new CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.
