Senior CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:
· Assist in implementing CRM strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
· Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple channels ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
· Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in coordination with internal departments to ensure proper resolution and customer delight.
· Monitor and follow up on customers' handover processes to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth experience.
· Prepare regular reports on CRM activities, customer satisfaction, and feedback trends to support management decision-making.
· Support the development and implementation of CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to align CRM activities with business objectives.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement.
· Ensure compliance with company standards and service quality across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· 4+ years of experience in customer relations or CRM functions within a real estate developer.
· Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ERP platforms, and reporting dashboards.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
· Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
· Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service quality.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
· Team player with high sense of responsibility and ownership.
