Role Description

The Senior CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM systems. Daily tasks include developing and customizing CRM solutions, ensuring data integrity, integrating CRM with other systems, and providing technical support to users. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and improve CRM functionalities and workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization
  • Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems and data migration processes
  • Experience in database management and SQL
  • Strong understanding of programming languages commonly used in CRM development (e.g., C#, Java)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
