Purchasing Specialist
to join our Procurement & Logistics team and take ownership of both foreign and local purchasing operations—from vendor orders and ACID issuance to vendor account reconciliation and coordination with logistics and finance teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate and process foreign purchase orders, submit on vendor portals, and update PMs on order status.
  • Issue ACIDs on Nafeza, ensure accurate vendor invoices, and reconcile backlog reports.
  • Manage shipping instructions, track shipments, and ensure proper documentation for customs clearance.
  • Reconcile vendor statements of accounts, credit notes, and payments in coordination with finance.
  • Process and register local POs and invoices, ensuring internal approvals and proper filing.
  • Maintain purchasing transactions in ERP/Oracle (TOO, CIF, and local purchases).
  • Prepare and deliver regular purchasing reports, backlogs, and analysis for PMs and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
  • 2–3 years' experience in foreign and local purchasing operations.
  • Must have: Nafeza platform experience and ERP/Oracle proficiency.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex accounts.
