Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, including creating and tracking purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring adherence to budgetary and organizational requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand needs, sourcing suppliers, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
  • Experience with Purchase Orders and procurement tracking
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors, pricing, and procurement efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with procurement software or tools is desirable
