Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Purchasing Specialist. The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services to meet the company's project requirements. Daily tasks include maintaining vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and procurement skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor relations
  • Experience with inventory management and order tracking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software tools
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards is a plus
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking to optimize procurement strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
