We're seeking a
Purchasing Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, driving cost efficiency, and building strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchasing requests and issue purchase orders.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
