Job Duries and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the entire foreign purchasing cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods from international suppliers.
  • Review and process purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders (POs), and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Execute shipping cycle, which requires extensive knowledge of international trade, international shipping terms (Incoterms) for Air and Ocean freights, import documentation, customs regulations, and freight logistics; with a particular emphasis on Egyptian import procedures, including Cargo X and Nafeza, and experience in Letter of Credit issuance/request and executing.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • 3 – 5 Years Experience in similar position
  • Fluent in English Language is required, Negotiation skills are required, and Experience with using ERP/Oracle is preferable.
  • Procurement and shipping for Telecom products from foreign suppliers.
