Job Description:

1) identify, evaluate, and select overseas suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

2) negotiate contracts, payment terms, and shipping conditions with international vendors.

3) Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchasing orders, and documentation.

4) coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics treams to ensure smooth import operations.

5) Monitor and track shipment status to guarantee on-time delivery.

6) ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import laws, and company policies.

7) prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.

8) collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Production, etc.) to align procurement activities with organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    engineering
    ,
    Supply Chain Management
    ,
    International Trade
    , or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience
    in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (internships or graduation projects are preferred).
  • Excellent command of
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Good computer skills, especially
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    import procedures
    and
    Incoterms
    is preferred.
