Key Responsibilities :
CRM
Strategy and Development
· Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric vision.
· Build and manage a CRM team, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance KPIs.
Customer
Data and Insights
· Ensure that data accuracy, segmentation, and accessibility.
· Analyze customer data and behavior to generate actionable insights and recommend targeted marketing and service strategies.
· Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
· Design dashboards and reports to monitor key CRM KPIs (conversion rate, customer lifetime value, retention, churn, etc.).
Process
Optimization and Automation
· Design, Optimization and Identify CRM process and propose automation or digitalization opportunities
· Implement and manage CRM tools to ensuring best practices and system efficiency.
Customer Experience and Call Center Supervision
· Supervise and guide the Call Center team ( Outsource ) to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistent customer communication.
· Ensure customer feedback is collected, analyzed, and acted upon to improve service quality and product experience.
Cross
-Functional Collaboration
· Act as the key link between business, marketing, after-sales, and data analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with company goals.
· Partner with sales and service departments to ensure CRM strategies enhance customer loyalty and after-sales performance.
· Drive continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices across teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or similar industries.
Proven experience in establishing and leading CRM and/or Call Center teams.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
