What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing.
  • Support daily HR operations and respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company strategy.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with all government regulations, including Labor Office and Social Insurance requirements.
  • Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
