Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced
HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping culture and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Drive organizational development and support management in shaping company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, internal policies, and best HR practices.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a consultant to line managers on employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with company growth and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (experience in
    manufacturing
    is a strong plus).
  • Strong
    leadership

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a
    fast-paced
    environment.
