Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Generalist based in Qesm El Maadi. The Junior HR Generalist will support various Human Resources functions, including the implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including understanding HR fundamentals and practices
- 2 years Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus
