9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday–Thursday

Senior HR Generalist
to own end-to-end HR.

What you'll do

  • Lead the full HR cycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding
  • Drive hiring for marketing roles (performance, content, creative, account management)
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records
  • Manage compensation/benefits, attendance, and leave
  • Shape culture and engagement initiatives; handle employee relations and investigations
  • Support training, career paths, and succession planning
  • Prepare HR reports/metrics for leadership

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years
    of HR experience (agency/tech/startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong track record hiring
    marketing
    and creative talent
  • Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and HRIS tools
  • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications are a plus)
