Key Responsibilities:

Support in facilitating the Total Employee Experience by providing guidance to managers and employees to drive performance and engagement.Partners with HR Operations and Solutions teams to deliver HR programs that address business needsWorks with HRBPs and People Managers on all aspects on all HR aspects.Helps the HRBP Manager in managing the function for an entity/unity.Provides consultation to people on Talent, Performance and Competency Management topics.Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out.Contribute to develop good HR postures for the Line Managers and make sure they become autonomous, by guiding them through the HR tools, systems, and processes.Participate in employees' professional development and employee engagement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in the field of HR , preferably with factories experienceExcellent command of MS Office & ERP SystemExcellent communication skillsAchieve Sustainable ResultsFocus on Internal Customer Mindset
