Business Development Manager – BlackTape

BlackTape is hiring a Business Development Manager
 to drive high-value growth across 
entertainment, marketing, and production
.

This role is 
not
 for traditional sales profiles. It is designed for individuals who can think, negotiate, and close at the highest level.

Non-Negotiable Entry Requirement

All shortlisted candidates will be required to:

  • Read a specific book provided by BlackTape
  • Pass a formal assessment on the book with a full score

Only candidates who achieve the 
full score
 will be eligible for:

  • Highest salary tier
  • Highest commission structure

This step is mandatory and used to measure strategic thinking, persuasion depth, and alignment with how BlackTape operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 
    existing clients
     to BlackTape (mandatory)
  • Close and manage deals in 
    Entertainment, Marketing, and Production
  • Develop long-term client relationships, not one-off transactions
  • Represent BlackTape at a senior, decision-maker level
  • Work directly with executive leadership on deal strategy

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven ability to 
    land clients immediately
  • Existing active client network
     (will be validated)
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing experience
  • High discipline, accountability, and execution standards
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation
