Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in a defined territory, achieve sales targets, and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experiences. Effective collaboration with other departments, such as marketing and operations, will also be required to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in team management, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning abilities, with an aptitude for identifying trends and opportunities in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage sales pipelines and analyze data effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the fitness or health industry is a significant advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
