Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within their assigned region, ensuring that company policies are implemented effectively, meeting performance targets, and managing a team. Primary tasks include monitoring sales goals, maintaining client relationships, assessing market opportunities, and leading business strategies that align with Chubb's values. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges are integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
  • Sales and Business Development: Expertise in driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and developing regional business strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to manage processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and optimize operational performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and sustaining long-term client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Proven skills in analyzing situations, making sound decisions, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, or a similar sector, is highly desirable.
