Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management

  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas.

  3. Coordinate with tenants to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Ensure all mall facilities (entrances, common areas, parking, utilities) are fully operational and maintained.
  5. Managing a Team of area managers on the ground

2-Maintenance & Housekeeping

  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the mall.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure timely handling of repairs and maintenance requests.

3-Security & Safety

  • Oversee mall security operations to provide a safe environment for tenants and visitors.
  • Ensure implementation of emergency procedures, fire safety standards, and regular security drills.

4-Tenant Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all tenants, ensuring strong communication and support.
  • Address tenant concerns and coordinate on promotional or operational activities.
  • Enhance customer experience through effective management of services and facilities.

5-Financial & Administrative Management

  • Monitor vendor contracts.
  • Prepare regular reports on operations, tenant satisfaction, and mall performance.

5-Business Development & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and visitor experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support events, promotions, and campaigns that drive footfall.
  • Benchmark best practices from leading similar locations and implement innovative ideas.
