Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
O&M Area Manager
to oversee the operations and maintenance of multiple utility projects across a designated region. The successful candidate will manage site teams, ensure operational excellence, maintain asset reliability, and uphold performance and safety standards across power, water, and infrastructure facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the
    operation and maintenance activities
    of multiple utility sites within the assigned area.
  • Lead
    multi-disciplinary O&M teams
    (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) to ensure high performance and reliability of assets.
  • Implement and monitor
    preventive and corrective maintenance programs
    in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with
    HSE, quality, and environmental standards
    across all operational sites.
  • Manage
    budgeting, cost control, spare parts, and resource allocation
    for all O&M projects within the area.
  • Review and analyze performance KPIs, operational reports, and maintenance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with
    clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
    to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and provide support for major maintenance or emergency interventions.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance and financial reports to senior management.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all O&M activities are performed in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • Minimum 17 years of experience
    , including at least 5 years in a
    management or area-level role
    in Utilities or O&M operations.
  • Proven experience in
    power generation, substations, water/wastewater treatment, or district cooling systems
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of utility systems operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
