Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager .

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing brand strategies, managing teams, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional departments. The role will also involve overseeing content creation, managing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management skills
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Analytical skills for interpreting market data and evaluating campaign performance
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities for guiding cross-functional teams
  • Strong Communication, Organizational, and Project Management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
