Are you a data-driven marketer passionate about optimizing digital campaigns that fuel real growth? Join us on our mission to revolutionize tech education and empower thousands of learners across the region.

What You'll Do:
As our Performance Marketer, you will lead our paid acquisition strategy and take charge of digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
  • Create performance reports and share actionable insights with the team
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to craft high-performing funnels
  • Run A/B tests to improve landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting strategies
  • Stay on top of digital trends, tools, and growth hacks in the edtech and performance space

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets with strong ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
