Your Role:

As our Telesales Representative, you will be instrumental in promoting our diverse portfolio of professional training programs and certifications. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their professional development needs, and guide them toward the most suitable learning solutions. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact career advancement for professionals across various industries while contributing to our academy's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to promote training programs and professional certifications

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement

  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities

  • Provide post-enrollment follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and program success

  • Collaborate with the academic team to understand program offerings and market positioning

Required Qualifications:

  • One to three years of proven sales experience, preferably in education, training, or professional services

  • Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion abilities

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards

  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital communication platforms

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and punctuality

  • Age range: 22-35 years
