Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Heliopolis. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting company products, identifying opportunities for growth, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Representative will frequently communicate with clients, drive business growth, and provide effective solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities also include managing customer accounts, providing post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Sales skills: Strong experience in sales techniques, prospecting, and achieving sales targets
  • Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer service skills: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and addressing client needs effectively
  • Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze customer challenges and provide effective solutions
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
