Job Brief

Do you have a powerful blend of technical consulting expertise and a sharp business mind? We are looking for a Mid-level Consultant to join our Solutions & Quality (SQ) department. Your core mission will be to act as the technical bridge between our services and our clients, developing tailor-made technical and financial proposals. You will be instrumental in the pre-sales process, ensuring every solution we propose is high-quality, perfectly aligned with client needs, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development: Create accurate and compelling technical and financial proposals to fit client needs, supporting the commercial team.
  • Solution Design: Research and develop innovative consulting solutions for our various services.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Act as the subject matter expert in pre-sales technical meetings.
  • Quality Assurance: Actively support and execute quality initiatives across the entire group.

Candidate Profile: What Great Looks Like

You are a seasoned professional—a 'Solution Architect' for proposals. You are fluent in both technical language and commercial strategy. You are a meticulous writer and an engaging presenter, capable of translating complex service offerings into client-friendly, persuasive documents. Your PowerPoint and Excel skills are outstanding, enabling you to build clear, impactful proposals.

Key Competencies

  • Proposal Creation: Expertise in creating detailed technical and financial documents.
  • Consulting & Research: Strong ability to research and develop new consulting solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent Power point & Excel skills.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English & Arabic.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10 years of professional experience.
  • Education: University Degree.
  • Extra Points That Matter: 3-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources (HR) is highly preferred.
