Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Qesm El Maadi. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on real estate investments, conducting property viewings, and closing sales. Daily tasks include consulting with potential buyers, maintaining clear communication with clients, offering exceptional customer service, and generating leads to drive sales. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Consulting and Real Estate
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales ability with a track record of closing deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Professional certification in real estate is a plus
