Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting services, building strong client relationships, and identifying client requirements. The role involves property sales, market analysis, client presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a deep understanding of real estate trends in the market. The consultant will work closely with teams to achieve sales targets and uphold professional standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate with in-depth market knowledge
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong aptitude in Sales, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving targets
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in time management, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Previous experience as a property consultant or in a related real estate role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial
