We are actively seeking an experienced and ambitious Property Consultant to join our dynamic Sales team in Heliopolis.

About the Role

As a Property Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor responsible for managing the entire sales and rental cycle. Your primary goal will be to exceed monthly targets by matching clients with ideal properties and ensuring smooth, successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Client Relationship Management: Handling client inquiries, understanding needs, and providing expert property options.

Market Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of available properties, current market trends, and legal updates.

Sales Execution: Conducting viewings, preparing offers, negotiating terms, and effectively closing sales and rental deals.

Stakeholder Coordination: Building strong relationships with developers and property owners, and coordinating with legal/finance teams to finalize contracts.

CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate client records and achieving defined KPIs.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client records and transactions.

Residency or deep knowledge of the Heliopolis area is a plus.
