Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Heliopolis for an Intellectual Property Lawyer. The primary responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications, advising clients on intellectual property laws, managing trademark disputes, and providing support in legal matters related to intellectual property protection. The role also demands assisting clients with compliance, resolving legal conflicts, and contributing to the strategic management of clients' intellectual property portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Patent Applications and Patent Law
• In-depth understanding of Intellectual Property and Trademarks
• Ability to provide accurate and strategic Legal Advice
• Proven experience in handling trademark and intellectual property-related legal cases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid legal practicing license
• Experience in intellectual property legal matters or working within a similar industry is preferred
